Unlimited voice services are provided solely for live conversation between individuals. As a general rule, per line usage of over 5,000 minutes per month or 50% of usage per month off the nTelos owned network for two consecutive months, are considered excessive. In the event of excessive usage, nTelos may, at its own discretion, change the plan, deny off nTelos network (roaming) service, or terminate the service.
- New one or two year agreement required for new activations
- Existing customers may switch without new contract requirement
- Excludes Canada, Mexico, and any international calling from home area: These calls will be charged $0.49 per minute airtime, plus any long distance or fees passed through from the foreign carrier.
- Available for all BlackBerry devices
- Consumer BlackBerry customers will pay a total rate of $99.99 which includes the $29.99 Consumer BlackBerry feature
- Business BlackBerry customers will pay a total rate of $109.99 which includes the $39.99 Business BlackBerry feature
My World numbers are shared across all lines on an account when sharing a plan. My World numbers are managed online at my.ntelos.com by the customer. A login and password will need to be established if customer is not already registered. Online changes to My World numbers will be reflected the following day. Online changes will not be allowed during the first 3 days of billing cycle. Nights are Monday through Thursday 9:00 PM through 6:59 AM; weekends are Friday 9:00 PM through Monday 6:59 AM. Minutes are deducted or charged based on the call start time. Additional charges will be incurred for minutes used over the rate plan. Some restrictions apply. See store for details.
